Total disaster. Irreliable transport company saying each day "tomorrow". The bike was delivered in more than days from the time of picking it up. Thge distance was about 250 miles. I considered reporting a theft to Police.

We have suspended their account because we received a complaint from a Justin McNure that his former employer was using his account without his permission. We have not been able to contact the account phone number of (478) 494-1275, however we cannot allow them to transact any further until this issue is resolved.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After an agreed to time for pick up, the service provider did not show up. Several attempts to speak to the driver were unsuccessful, although a fellow driver reassured me he would look into it and get back to me. The dispatcher was reached and he reassured me that he would make other arrangements and also did not follow through. A great deal of time has been spent trying to get resolution of this problem, and both the pickup location adn the delivery location have been put out by the delay.
