Called their phone number,left multiple messages.No response again... Finally got someone (name John) on the phone. He knew about the load,but had no information,when it will be picked up.He promised to find out,and call back within 45 minutes.Actually he never did. I tried to reach them again,but there was no answer. Looks,like other cutomers had same problems with this service provider. Companies like this o Response from staffordcan: This Customer was too much of a problem,He actually wanted something for nothing, Which he was getting a very low price to moved all that equipment,This Company would not be harassed,No one beats our price, so when you called and show no respect, customer care will pulled the order,It's not about the MONEY,it's about RESPECT,NO DEMANDS TO THE STAFF,(SMILE) WHEN IT'S NOT COSTING ANYTHING. Response from 1mind1spirit: Went to pick up twice trailer not at listed location, Emailed several times, I even emailed uship and got no response.
