My experience with Jude was pretty good, he called me to keep me updated but winter weather was a problem with getting my shipment ontime not his fault of course but if you aren't in a hurry i guess i could say try him. the only problem i found after the man left my son said he dropped the drawer so it was broke but my husband is going to glue it i no he didn't do this on purpose we all make mistakes. the man who delivered needed my son and husband help though it was a big item but that worked.

Very poor communication as to the delivery of the furniture. Driver showed up at the delivery location unannounced at 2:20AM on Christmas Eve and started ringing the door bell. Gave me a story that I had given the wrong phone number- total BS. The furniture had been moved from the truck used for pick up to a different delivery truck and was not blanket wrapped as promised. Two of the pieces had scratches and rub marks from the straps used to hold them in place. I would not use this shipper.

It has not been a "Successful Completion"! My car and bike are marooned in Ploce, Croatia and I am trying to get them to me. You took my money but did not meet our original contract to deliver to me here in Kosovo. You have given no help in getting my vehicles to me from Ploce. My car was damaged when loaded there in Georgia. If you believed in God, you would not wrong another person this way.

He was talking to me but just quit communication with me in the last few days. This seller is a driver/owner of a transport company. No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I specifically gave dates to be picked up and delivered. The service provider was unable to meet these dates and just before pick-up, the payment terms that were provided, became unacceptable.
