Great customer service, it took a little longer than expected but not entirely the providers fault. Overall though an excellent service.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment i could not get this on a pallet and shipped through another uship vendor with full service pick up. thank you.

As I tell all my current clients, I am on your side and I put myself in the shipper's and recievers shoes, and try to help where ever and when ever I can. Aug 3rd, a 4-5 business day transit. I quoted, and stated a 7 business day transit, she accepted. I told her the issue, that if I picked this up on Monday with would not deliver till Wed or Thursday of the following week, 6-7 busindess days transit. I did have anoher option for here to meet here TIME frame for transit, but it was $200 more for GUARANTEED shipping. Please I am just trying to be fair.

Product was never exposed to the weather One second, and when a claim was processed the carrier found that items werent packaged properly. Best I offered was to take the amount charged and lost on future shipments to pay back this poor service. This is also coming from someone who hasnt PAID ONE penny for this whshipment, that he told me half the items did get there fine.

But I did give him a quote by mistake for 300lbs not the 600lbs that was listed. I just saw it was for 2 pallets at 300lbs each pallet, my mistake. I explained my error to Les, and said I am sorry and sent him a re-quote. Also including a Government pick up included with this new Rate Quote.
