all contact with the shipper was excellent. I was disappointed that it couldn't go to my port of choice and I wasn't clear on that until it was time to pick up the boat. Boat arrived in perfect condition and on time.

The agreed price has not been respected.
The final price has come the double quantity.
They have made me to also pay a repair to an undercarriage that they have broken.

Dimensions were more than double than what was listed. We always stress that the dimensions are critical to pricing. The trailer was not roadworthy as stated and had to be repaired on the way to the port. We put in a lot of effort to get the trailer repaired, and covered the cost of repairs. No shipper will be responsible for over dimensions or trailer repairs on faulty equipment.

Hi to everyone! Bringung our 21ft Sea Ray Seville from the aera of Baltimore over to France was a great challange. Without the perfect work of the engaged people of JTC it would have been not such a positive experience for us. The organization bringing the boat and the trailer together from different places was perfect. Even the seller of the boat was impressed about that professsional work. Picked up the same day that the bid was accepted. He would attest to the service that JTC promises. With no delays on his part, including payment, this is a customer that we would not hesitate to do business with. A knowledgeable and professional customer.

There were some hidden fees from the agents in Germany and Sweden that I thought were included in the price so I ended up paying an extra 300 bucks for those. JTC have been very helpful though and as I understand it are working on taking care of this. All in all the price was ok, though not great, and the boat arrived safe and sound ahead of schedual! =)

I was very satisfied with the service. It was an overseas shipment involving some ground transportation as well. Everything went smooth with problemless communication. Hauling truck driver appeared just as appointed and took proper care of out boat :) I didn't have to worry about nothing. They also managed to book earlier ship then stated in primary offer so the boat was delivered to a destination port almost 1 week ahead of time. Will gladly do the bussiness with JTC again !

Everything worked perfect. The turn around time was fantastic. Matched on Wednesday, boat delivered on Saturday. Very nice people hauling the trailer also.
