Customer had book it now option and we had a carrier able to pick up, was never able to reach customer. Also tried emailing him but receieved no responce. Response from jswick: I didnt leave a phone hnumber on the listing..... Not real sure this is a broker or shipper, didnt like 5 egative comments, although none were recent (3 months)

Communications could be a little better, but an overall excellent experience....I would use this shipper again.

They also don't reply to messages and have book it now option when they have no idea what that is. We are actually happy not to deal with you.
