The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Transporter was informed this welder weighed 1400 pounds showing up with a half ton pickup already
overloaded my shipper refused to release machine
for liability and safety concerns. I have not
heard from the transporter and he has not returned
my call.

Response from jsntx: This person is telling less than the truth. I contacted Doug early on the day of the the pick and he told me the pickup location had changeed. I drove an additional 150 miles out of my way to pick this up. It was supposed to be picked up at a business with a lift,upon arrival I found this to be at a trailor home out in the boonies. The welder was sitting in the dirt and there was no lift. The welder was listed as 1200 Lbs. It was closer to 2500. Person at the pickup point was intoxicated.

Response from jsntx: Called the phone numbers provided and got answering machines. Waited in Las Vegas for 6 hours for a return call. Had to leave the area. I hope that everything is ok.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Service provider said he was going to pick up shipment this past Friday, August 1st. It is now Monday, august 4th and he does not answer his phone or return my phone calls. I need to just go with a different provider. The service provider appears to be very lousy with communication with the customer.

Response from jsntx: The pick up dates were flexable. The date mentioned was only an estimate given to him over the phone. My load in Ohio wasn't ready when I arrived and this cost almost (2) days travel time. When I got to MN. I called the person who was supposed to meet me to load the tanks and got a recorder saying that he was out of the office all week. I called Jake and got his recorder, left a message for him to call back. After waiting 3 hrs. I had to leave the area. I was towing a boat and had to be in MT.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
i just got an email, after leaving him some messages, that his truck is broke down and he is unable to provide the services he accepted. I would like a refund of my money and I will put my bid back out online for another shipper. I am some what dissapointed as I have made multiple plans to have this boat delivered by a certain day and this is also the first time I have used Uship.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Service provider has not responded to any emails and is not communicating with me regarding shipment. Therefore I no longer have any faith in that this Service Provider (jsntx) will follow through with shipping item. It is now past the date that Provider stated he would deliver item and I have not heard from him.

From the onset this carrier has had numerous reasons for not communicating nor responding to our questions as to when he would be there as we were paying storage and had travel papers for a certain duration .This incompetent individual has caused us great expense and inconvenience througout the entire contract period.He has had excuses on every occasion and has missed deadlines .He left us with no choice but ,to retrieve the vehicle prior to back surgery at great pain ,expense and cancellation o

Response from jsntx: This person was told many times that I was fighting snow storms all across the northwestern part of the country to make other deliveries and then pick his up. These storms put me late everywhere, I have no control over the weather. In the end I got a call from home and there was a family emergency and had to return home asap. I hope that this person never has to go through what I did upon returning home.
