Here at Saia Transportation our goal is 110% customer satisfaction and of course that the goods get delivered with no damage. I currently have 2.4 million miles under my belt with no accidents or freight damage. Again we strive on customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you have any questions or doubt please email me personally before and after bid to relieve any mystery or problem you may have encountered. I personally will be there from each pickup to delivery. I also have allow customer to inspect freight before it's signed off on. Our typical rates vary depending on size,weight, distance and value of goods. I have very negative experience with this shipper. The worst part is Jeff keeps switching the story of the shipments he broke and told us a lot of different versions of what he will do to replace the items. In the end, nothing happens and waste us time and energy and of course money! Please be very careful before you make your decision...

Fast delivery, couldn't have asked for any quicker. No tracking info ever showed up when I checked for real time location( didn't matter much because it was here soon). Tank was damaged upon delivery, and an agreeable solution was decided on the spot. Easy to work with, disappointed a vintage tank was ruined.

Very happy, worked with me picking up two different shipments, in two different states, and was very accomodating to my strict drop-off times, even though he had several other shipments that he was dealing with. This is what he does for a living, and he know what he is doing, and doesn't charge you ridiculous, unnecessary fees. Plan to use them again for a vehicle I'll be having shipped down in the fall. Thanks guys for all your help!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails to this service provider to schedule my shipment. He either promises a call back and doesn't call or puts me off with some excuse promsing to get back but does not follow through. I can document the email exchanges and dates and times of phone calls if needed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the person did not show up although we called him more than 15 times and he agreed to show up until the last day. we traveled to Buffalo from chicago just for this and had to wait for 3 days and he did not show up and stopped responding.
