The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We had no communication and the shipper now states he has moved his truck and cannot pickup the shipment. The city is going to charge $10.00 per day storage. Response from jsFAWCETTinc: Folks when you award a BID to a Carrier, call them ASAP. Don't assume that any email notification is received in a timely fashion. As a result of missing an email we missed the opportunity to move this freight. We sinserely appologise for the oversight. Our new email placed the notification in the SPAM folder!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Failed to EVER pick up vehicle after nearly a month. Failed to fulfill contract. Response from jsFAWCETTinc: We had a driver enroute end up in the hospital. We notified all customers affected by this. This customer was the only USHIP client we had in the 18 vehicles scheduled on this particular truck. I told Mr Smith that we were in a situation that was going to take time to resolve. I suggested that he CANCEL at that time. He elected to stick it out. We chatted yesterday, I still couldn't provide an exact date of pick-up. He then CANCELLED, and you can read his spin on what happened. We apologise.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper wanted to add $450 to the cost i pay. Response from jsFAWCETTinc: Shipper misrepresented the machine size and weight. We went to get it and it was twice the weight stated in the BID. We said we would have to send in a different truck the was equipped to haul this machine. I said we would normally charge an additional $450.00 for this, but we would work with him on that Estimate. He said that we were trying to "CON" him and would rather CANCEL. The Dealer Varified the weight for us too, he still wanted to CANCEL...,so we went to KY for nothing...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider was unable to get a truck there in time for the bid price. Response from jsFAWCETTinc: We found out after the BID was accepted that we had to get the machine on a particular date since it was located at a business that was closing its doors for good. We were going to miss that date by a day and sugeested the machine be moved to another location....the customer chose to CANCEL instead....

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been in contact with several booking companies during this process and today spoke with John at Transport Solutions and I decided to go another direction that could move my vehicle sooner. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very disatisfied with the service. Phone calls not returned, very umprofessional. They called and set up an appt to pick the car up, then failed to show up on time. The shipper took off work early, made arrangements to meet them, and then they called said would be there in 30 minutes, called again, no show.... I hope not all people run there business like this. Response from jsFAWCETTinc: We stated M-W was our TARGET to get the car. On Tuesday AM a driver was dispatched.The CONTACT was unavailable until after 6PM.The driver rearranged the pick-up schedule to accomadate. Got delayed,never called anyone. The next day I spoke with the contact,the shipper & driver. Everyone was unhappy.I decided to reassign the car to a different driver. But,the shipper requested a cancellation instead. We respectfully agreed, we didn't expect all the false comments above, we're very surprised.....

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I just called my friend in CA to let him know I accepted a bid to transfer my truck back to IL and he said he recieved an offer of purchase last night, he just didn't have a chance to call me yet. I have taken the purchase offer and have sold my truck; therefore, I no longer need to ship it to IL. Thank you for helping me with this situation and sorry for any confustion. I really wanted to sell the truck versus hauling it back here anyway so this worked out best for me. Response from jsFAWCETTinc: WOW, thanks for letting us know so Quickly.
