Exceptional service, I recommend js47 to anyone who wants a trustworthy, capable service provider. There were problems with the shipment and js47 took steps to solve them and to properly prepare it for delivery. He communicated with me giving me all the information I needed to plan my schedule. He has great equipment and to top it off he is just a great guy. I recommend him highly.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it i had to pick something to go on it doesn't have anything to do with this. she emailed me on the 18 of march for pick up on fri 23 and i emailed back on the night of the 19 /20 .then seen this been waiting a state away to see what happens so i didnt travel all that way. i can send you a copy of the email she sent me from her gmail acct. darleen ledbetter and the one i sent her .

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have attempted to contact the shipper many times leaving phone messages and emails. We have only received cursory replies with no detailed answers. The estimated pick up date we March 18th. He has not shown up to pick up the items and has not communicated when he canprovide service. I just want to cancel the whole shipment and pay someone I know and trust to bring my dogs to California.
