Inspite of some confusion on the pick up end, not the drivers fault, transport went well. James was very concientious about keeping in touch with me regarding some problems with my trailer.

The shipment worked out perfectly. Jim is very nice and professional. The recipients were very happy with the care given to the pet during the transport, and the communication during the transport was excellent.

Shipment arrived 24hrs late. I wish he hadn't bid on our shipment because he was too busy to accomadate our shipment. We ended up to missing work due to waiting for our boat at the meeting location because we had arrived and he was still ensuring our requested pickup time. Shipper actually hired someone else to haul our boat without telling us, we had no idea of who was hauling our boat. Wouldn't recommend this shipper even though the guys delivered our boat with no damages. Really screwed us up

what he dosen't tell you is that i del it within my bid.i picked up the boat within a week of my bid and del it within 3 days. bid was 21 days and del within 8.what he also dosen't say is that he had us stop and make another pickup for him that wasn't in are bid.he's the one who took my bid ,i lived up to it 100% and did the del in the time frame.and as to hiring another company,no i didn't it was just the other i have. when.it was unsafe to drive that many miles in the 2 days he wanted for del

James was great!! When he picked up our kitten the lady we bought him from assured me our kitten was in great hands! And he was! Just from talking on the phone to James you could tell he totally was enjoying his time spent with our kitten, it just made it so reasuring that everything would be ok. It was our 1st time using Uship and it def. was a great experience. Thanks So Much!!!

Pick up date was a little uncertain in the beginning due to weather conditions. However, from the moment he picked up Lani, he kept me informed on how she was doing the whole time. He even sent me a picture of her while they were traveling. She was very happy while on her trip and when she arrived. Thank you Jim for a wonderful delivery. I will definitely contact you if I need something or someone else shipped. Thanks again.
