After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
I don't even know what the customer is talking about. we are completly on time as of now. I told him we would pick it up and deliver in the middle of the month, and a driver is picking up by the 22nd and delivering by the 25th...the customer said deliver by may 1st, and I agreed from the beginning. If he wants to cancel, it shouldn't be negative against me. there isn't a clearcut definition of when "middle of the month" ends or begins for that matter.
