Eric IS the best in EVERY way! I highly recommend this shipping provider... 100%!!!! He handled my entire move from beginning to end in a VERY professional manner. Now that I've used his services, I would pick him over another service provider even if his bid were to be a little higher! Having the peace of mind to know that your shipment is being handled honestly & properly is worth extra dollars!!! I would definitely use his services again, without hesitation! AAA+++!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Unable to contact mover via phone. Received a few emails but was not able to connect with him to discuss details. I made the move myself.

Yes we did keep in touch through email and voicemails at his place of employment. I later advised him that I would not be able to accomodate his move because he changed his needs AFTER he accepted my bid. Then wanted extra services for the same price.

Eric made my move easy as pie. He was extremely flexible which was great because things kept coming up on my end. He was polite, respectful and just great to work with. He was in constant contact and it just made the move low pressure. All my stuff arrived in great condition! He is extremely professional and would recommend him to anyone!

Eric is great--very kind and easygoing, and the furniture arrived in perfect shape. We had some trouble communicating because of mixed-up phone numbers, but it would have been good to know his itinerary in advance. Just a tip. I would certainly use him over and over again!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Overall, I cancelled this request due to some problems probably typical of a "short-notice" move:
- Received phone message from the shipper who was attempting to verify information en route, but unable to reach/has not returned calls.
I wish we could have done business, but now I am back at square one and have lost valuable time.
