The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The provider showed up, 30 minutes late from the appointed time, complaining about his previous move. He showed up alone with two teen aged boys to move a triple dresser. As soon as he saw the dresser, he said he was going to move his truck to make it easier to unload. He left without another word and refused my phone calls. I had no idea he was not returning until he filed this cancellation. He is most unprofessional, a complete liar and an unsatisfactory service provider.

Response from jqueensnyc: The shipper was not honest about the amount of things he mentioned. I kept him updated as I said I would when I was finished with my previous move. There never was a delivery time. His agreement was that he and I would do it alone but I brought my sons Both jobs that day had more things than anticipated but there are mistakes and then lying. The first stop told me prior and offered more money. this stop just tried to get over and never mentioned or offered. I told him,I wasnt doing it and left

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
I was not aware that my family had already made moving arrangements with another moving company. In addition, the truck offered by this bidder is too small to accomodate our freight. My family has already ordered a semi-truck.

Response from jqueensnyc: This is true as it was the timeframe where my truck broke down and I had several cancellations. He originally wanted to and then decided to stick with me. But I missed the message about him changing his mind to stick with me. He was very polite and patient. This is no fault of his own and i accept full responsibility
