Superb job! Mr. Coulter handled everything from start to successful finish, without my having to lift a finger. Coordinated professionally with the seller of my stand, and coordinated the drop-off with others, when I couldn't be there. My stand arrived in perfect condition, too. I'd love to have him handle any future shipments! Thank you, Eric Coulter!

Response from jqueensnyc: I explained this to him that this was an error as I was on the road when he accepted and the email that tells the carriers they have one a bid never came. I still have not received it. So the first i heard about this move was when he called my voicemail to cancel. Apologies again

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The provider had other appointments and wasn't able to respond to me via email. He had to use his blackberry. After I found another Shipper he responded to the date as being reasonable. I told him I found a new shipper. This is NOT a complaint! Just wasn't meant to be.

Response from jqueensnyc: She was polite but very impatient and I must say a bit self centered. She has a move that is not until april 5th 2008. It was feb. 20th when we discussed it. I was in the middle of moving a clients mothers things who had passed away so we were moving her things from the retirement home. Ms. carr wanted me to stop in the middle of that move to answer about her move which wasnt taking place for 5-6 weeks later. I esponded to ALL her emails but not fast enough so she found someone else.

Eric Coulter did a great job in very difficult circumstances. There had been eight inches of snow by the time he arrived for the pick-up; there was nowhere to park his truck so he had to keep driving around the block while his assistant prepared the furniture. They were both friendly, professional and competent. New York to North Carolina successfully delivered in perfect condition. I recommend him highly.

Response from jqueensnyc: Thank you so much! This shipper was a joy to work for. Yes there was 2 holes poked in the boxes from anoter shipment that was loaded by a guy that I found out was new. He rolled a pallet jack into her box and it poked 2 holes in it but nothing was damaged.

Response from jqueensnyc: As I stated I do not have a deposit. The deposit you put in is the fee for Uship that comes from our bid. I am not a thief and I will explain again that we need to do a cancellation in order for USHIP to refund your money. The carriers only receive the balance AFTER the shipment is complete. This cancellation is a result of my truck breaking down and the shipment could not wait any longer
