I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Mr. Eric Coulter displayed good initial communication via e-mail when inquiring about the bid. Once I accepted his bid communition was never established. I called him & left a message at both of his contact numbers and I even e-mailed him; and still he hasn't contacted me. He is totally unreliable and I should have known not to utilize his services since he had excessive cancellations. Well, here's another cancellation added to his record. Response from jqueensnyc: As, you can see, I and another family member had been hospitalized. My daughter directly after me. I was unable to do the move as well as the others you see. AT THAT POINT I had worked the situation out with regards to this gentleman's move but before I could give him the plan so that he was not left high and dry. I get a message from him addressing my religious faith and things of that nature. uncalled for and appears to be an athiest or something. He NEVER has to worry about me doing a move

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Intially, I was unable to contact Eric after our shipment was not picked up at the agreed to time and place. However, I did hear from him a few days later to tell me that he was injured and in the hospital. His good initial communication would lead me to give him another shot with a future shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
This is absolutely not the truth. We received a phone call on the day that our shipping provider was supposed to pick up our item. He said that he was "just unable to do it and that we could find someone else". A few days later, I received a phone message from him (after I left negative feedback) saying the he had no idea what I was talking about and asked if he should still pick up the shipment. I emailed him several times and called his cell at least 4 times and left messages stating that

Response from jqueensnyc: Mrs. May talked with me directly and worked out a pick-up and delivery timeframe. a few days later her item was relisted and was attempting to find a lower bidder. she left me a feedback that was negative stating that i called her husband and cancelled the move which is not true.I work alone mainly and NO ONE would have had their info but me. When her bids were higher on the new shipment,she called me and ask me to do it. I ignored her. If she wanted a better deal she could have simply cancelled
