A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Due to other delivery set backs, the shipper was unable to maintain a guaranteed shipping date. I was originally flexible with my dates up to a specific date, but as time neared the deadline and no resolution was met, we were unable to complete the transaction. He responded quickly and was very understanding.

Eric did a great job,he even helped to get the sewing machine up to an appartment. He called us and emailed with the information and changes ,he kept us informed.I would definitely reccomend his service.Thanks again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
After making arrangements via email, the Service Provider did not pick up the shipment. I received emails about various problems the Service Provider claims to have encountered (a break-in, hospitalization, etc). I finally told him the shipment was cancelled.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
A date had been set and there were problems getting in to my storage building. We were talking on a different date when I got the issue resolved. Shipper called the day before pickup and stated that he would no longer be able to do my shipment.

We have moved 3 times in the past 5 years without 1 positive experience. Finally, this time we beyond satisfied! Eric and his partner were polite and professional. Eric stayed in touch with me regularly leading up to the move. His prices were unbeatable, especially considering his positive feedback. Despite the fact that the move took much longer than anticipated, Eric and his partner stayed in good spirits. I will (and have!) enthusiastically recommend UShip and Eric to friends and family.

I will first say,I do have my shipment,BUT AFTER MUCH,HOURS,DAys even ,exscuse after exscuse! TIME LINES BROKEN,AS soon as bid accepted,NO COMMUNICATION"then I was told to calm down LADY" NO PAPER WORK,NO VALADATION NO DOCUMENTS !!BAD BAD BAD BEWARE!GAVE ME NICE FEED BACK as soon as bid was approved??HUM WHEN IT SMELLS LIKE A FISH AND WALKS LIKE A CAT...it must be a snake!STATES THAT HE IS A CHRISTIAN and is why I used,BUT I TRULLY,disapointed,MY COUCH AND CHAIR"ARRIVED 11:13 PM,WHO?DAMmaGEd 2sp

Sorry so late with this. HHE were picked up and delivered on time despite several glitches and a truck breakdown at the delivery site. Eric and his helper were polite, patient, honest, and careful movers. Minor furniture scratches apparently resulted from insufficient blankets, but shipment was larger than we originally estimated. Eric managed larger volume by renting U-Haul trailer and splitting cost with us- a fair arrangement. Communication could have been prompter, but no major problems.

Response from jqueensnyc: Apologies to all. I had to be hospitalized in another state during a shipment and because I was driven by a state trooper that i stopped to help me my truck was not impounded but moved off the highway and i was admitted to the hospital for over a week with Pnuemonia. My phone that has all my info was in my truck and broken into. Not the cargo area but the cab. As you can see, prior to this I had no issues with my clients. Thank-you for the chance to work with you and apologies for any problems.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have left numerous phone messages and emails. The truck driver left me three short emails telling me he is going to pick it up. He will not tell me when. The man who has the chaise has also called him and left him messages. We have both asked him in our messages to call us but he will not. It has been several weeks now and I have given him numerous chances. I paid my deposit, have been extremely patient and need to move on and get someone to pick up my chaise by offering others a chance to bid

Sorry for the delay in leaving feedback and so sorry to hear of his illness... I pray all is well now with him and his family... Eric was wonderful to work with and I would use his sevice again without hesitation. The move went very smooth and he got our things here just when he said he would with no damage. If you get a chance to work with Eric consider yourself blessed....
