Picked up on time. My washing machine fell off the hand truck and the controls got smashed while loading. I got an estimate for the damage and they compensated me for it. Delivered on time.

They had some issues with communication (cell phone issues) and delivery time, but worked out ok in the end, and seems to be a genuine, honest person.
I feel bad because I'm sure that he lost money on the shipment due to truck problems and delays.

Eric had truck issues but made it the next day to pick up items. He said he would have room to take my motorcycle but ran out of room. He proposed that he would pick it up the next week. Once everything was unloaded I noticed a number of damaged items, which would cost over $500 to fix/replace. We agreed that he would compensate me for $250 since he was still getting the motorcycle. It has now been well over a month and he will not return my phone calls. I have not received any money to compensa

he did NOT list all his things. hE HAD A SEPERATE BID FOR HIS MOTORCYCLE and I OFFERED to transport it with my load based on the list he gave me. My 22ft truck should have fit EVERYTHING. to be safe I brought my 26ft and extra straps and blankets. He had 3 times as many things he listed, I packed the best that I could. Things were scatched/lack of blankets. he also thought that I was obligated to move his bike 4 free. I am not. he knows I am in seattle dealing with a death and is being impatient

Eric had some very bad luck the week of my move, but despite that he did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make my move as stress-free and painless as possible. On top of that I now have one of the best crazy moving stories to tell at cocktail parties! He is very communicative and honest and keeps you informed about everything. I would not hesitate to hire him again! Thanks!

Hired to ship 16 ft boat. Eric has very limited experience with trailering, and is not familiar with towing. I would not recommend him as he will likely show up unprepared. While he did put a great deal of effort into delivering my shipment, which I appreciated, he put me through much trouble while I helped him find a solution for his lack of preparation. If you are considering towing, find someone else.

Customer CLEARLY does not know the definition of HITCH and TOW. In my feedback you will see the numerous tows I've done and the client is always informative and prepared. It wasn't moved to the road as he stated and the boat wasn't covered and was rusted to the point that I had to load in my truck with the help of my girlfriend because he wasn't prepared. I rode around town looking for tools and items to make his boat towable. Meanwhile his wife as rude as she was didnt tip nor was thankful

The quality of my packages were fine, but the communication was terrible. I attempted to contact Mr. Coulter numerous times via email, text, and phone calls concerning the time of pick up. I needed to know the times of pick up ( or at least the day) to plan accordingly.
I booked my shipment a month prior to the date of pick up and did not receive direct contact from Eric Coulter until the day before he planned to pick up my packages.
The price was good but communication was terrible.

While I think a NUETRAL feedback was sufficient. I told Ms. Hart I would be there at the end of the month and would contact her before then and I did just that. People don't realize what trips with multiple loads take to make happen. There were 8 boxes on a 26ft truck. The move prior to her went into labor during the trip but sometimes people want exact times of pick-up impossible. She had 24 hours, she met me I picked up and delivered when I said in a-1 condition.
