After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer 1st problem, there profile says flexible, turns out that they are not flexible, with pick up, 2nd, I AM STILL within my bid date of completing this shipment, 3rd, i had said,, ON OR BEFORE, the 25th and she agreed, and now wants to change her mind, and want job done tomorrow, UNFAIR, I do not feel this warrants her deposit back, and i do not want to complete this shipment!!after you read our bid details you will come to the same conclusion, I do think she totally misrepresented there move

This is a lie. There was no flexibility whatsoever in the time for pick up, as our lease was ending. I did indicate flexibility in when the shipment needed to be delivered. Be very, very wary of this "supplier". You will see that he has a relatively high cancellation rate compared to other suppliers on uship.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Brian made a clear commitment to pick up one room of furniture on or BEFORE Wednesday February 25th, which is the end of my lease. In talking with him today, I observe that 1) he is unable to recall the commitment, and probably is under the influence and 2) is unable to meet the commitment ("Maybe.........the 26th??? 28th????) This is NOT a serious provider. Please do not use BGS Delivery if you require a mover who will show up as promised.

yes ON or before,the 25th is correct she just told me tomorrow, which is, the 24th, and her profile says flexible, totally untrue, but that's beside the point, and my bid details clearly state, BEFORE the 28th, I would not, take any shipment from this customer ever unless all her information is correct in the beginning, cost us time and money, Totally misrepresented themselves, and try to change dates in the middle of a trip, be careful of placing any bids with this, customer
