He has now requested full payment up front, and thats a red flag to me. Anyone requesting full payment, before any kind of service is even provided, makes me too nervous to continue with business. Response from StrictlyBusiness: SIR YOU ACCEPTED MY BID WHICH EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL ALL ASPECTS OF THE PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF MY SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS, AND THEN AFTER AGREEING TO THE CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT YOU WANTED TO COMPLETELY RENEGOTIATE OUR BINDING AGREEMENT YOU ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO ON USHIP. The time for negotiating is during the negotiating process and not AFTER you have already agreed to ALL CONDITIONS,and accepted a carriers bid. I HAD TO CANCEL THIS SHIPMENT, DUE TO SHIPPER BEING DISHONEST !
