CHris was great.We picked up and wrapped furniture with east coast crew.The pads Tim Miller bought from uhal blead through to the leather and we took off $500 and never saw this happen before in 12 years of moving.Chris was and is easy to work with and we are trying to get his leather re-died even though no insurance was purchased we felt bad from snafu and want to make it right.Rest of move went well!! Mark

Customer paid promptly and was available as scheduled during pick up and delivery. Customer was extremely courteous and professional with delivery issues that they experienced. Great Customer!

My shipment was from Charlotte to San Diego and Mark did a great job of working with me on coordinating pick-up and scheduling delivery based on my timeline. He delayed pick up and delivery a few days to give me time to move into my new place and avoid any storage costs with my items. There was one issue with a couple of pieces of furniture caused by the movers themselves; however, Mark was quick to intervene and make things right. I would unhestitating use him again to move my items.

This process far and away exceeded all my expectations. Kevin @ Dabent Trans. was very flexible regarding my wife and I adding additional boxes at the last minute. There was ongoing communication as to the status of our shipment right from the get go. Everything arrived on time and in one piece. I would definitely use this service again and more specifically Dabent Transportation. The service was impeccable.
