I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have requested a written contract to be mailed to my address and it has been several weeks without receiving this. I was contacted by the service provider once, however have not heard anything back since.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period it has been more than 8 weeks since i paid jonesexport to ship my car. After he received teh payment we were in contact to move teh car to the forwarder and then the shipper became unrachable. my self and the forwarder continued trying to reach jones by email and by phone with no answe. HE JUST DISAPPEARED.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Communications were great before I accepted the bid, however since then Darron at Jones Exports has been completely unprofessional. Since he does not answer his mobile phone, I have left numerous voice and text messages on it, all to go unanswered. I have also sent over 10 emails to him, however I have not heard from him for 3 weeks. I gave him one final chance to hear back from him by Sept. 2nd, 2008. This date has come and gone, therfore I am asking for a cancellation on this merit. Thanks.

after paying the agreed deposit, they picked up the items and all communication stopped. weeks later an email was sent that the owner Darron Jones was on holiday and a week later another email announced his death and that the company is being wound up.

Paid shipper, shipper picked item up & shipper was paid. Item never delivered, shipper failed to communicate throughout. Now I have received an e mail saying that the shipper (Darron Jones) is dead & that the company (Jones Export & Shipping) is being wound up. This company seems highly dodgy - don't fall into the same trap as me!
