A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I stated in my bid I canpick up within 14 days, i spoke with the customer via phone, and stated I may be able to do it sooner that iwoulld give the pick up contact at leas 24hrs. I then had a medical emergency and had to have my brother finish the runs I was on, and my wife was on my uship page and accidently hit the shipment complete button while she was trying to get the customer info. (her first time on here) So I told her to wait untill he sent an email, and explain to him the situation,

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was promised many dates for a pick up but once the dates came closer he always had a shipment come up from someone else. Finally 4 days past his 14 day guarantee for pickup AND a delivery I got a shady email from his "wife" saying that day his appendics burst very cooindcidentaly after he marked the shipment completed the night before so I couldn't track where he was at anymore. This was after numerous attempts to contact him to get pickup dates so the seller of the item could plan on being ho

I was in the hospital and had my wife taaking care of the items on line while my brother was delivering the items I had booked. In my bid i listed pick up within 14 days, this was before my illness. my wife accidently marked it as complete, and after you mark it complete you lose the contact info. so she had to wait for him to email. As you can see I have never had this happen, and normally my shipments are early. I am sorry for any problems this may have caused you but it was out of my control.
