The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
HE ACCEPTED THE BID ON SOMETHING HE DID NOT OWN.
AFTER DAYS OF SETTING UP THE TRIP I NOW HAVE TO SPEND $1400 FOR FUEL AND FIVE DAYS ON THE ROAD FOR A $400 DELIVERY.
IF THERE IS NO RECOURSE THERE IS NO VALIDITY IN YOUR CONTRACTS.
