The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
I clearly bid this shipment to load 3/13-3/14.I made numerous phone calls emails and had conversations with the customer to make arrangements with the shipper for pick up. The customer was unable to reach the shipper.I eventually researched the shipper and found his # and called to make arrangements to pick up myself.
I made contact with The shipper, who told me he could only be available 3/18-3/19. I tryed to be flexible and told the shipper I could come after 9pm after he was done work, I o
