Excellent care of the car shipped in their enclosed trailer- The driver was courteous and was very careful with the car. He didn't just drop it and run. Anytime I have another vehicle to ship I will call him. I was very satisfied with the whole transaction.

The control linkage on my bike was twisted and I had to put it back in place and tighten. For some reason the hose clamp on my radiator was loose and I started to leak radiator fluid, which may have been do to vibrations of the trailer going across the country. It would have been nice to get my bike by the delivery date and not the day after (even though it was Easter).

Wow,this was a rough condition sportbike that was ridden hard and not very well maintained.I am very sorry for being one day late from Detroit to LA and not getting your cycle to you on Easter.You seemed happy when you rode off on your cycle after unloading.

Very easy to work with. Made all the contacts with the people at both ends for me and took care of the arrangements - I just said "please get it from A to B" and he just took care of it, no muss no fuss no worries. Can't beat service like that.
