After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
driver was on the way to pick up, customer has been communicating with driver since 930 am. i understand now why the last shipper also cancelled, customer is very hard to deal with. needs a nursemaid or alcohal counselor far more than a shipper.... tom
