The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider picked up our car at auction around 12/20/08, we paid a deposit of over $750, car had not yet been delivered by early February '09. After several broken promises to deliver the car, and service provider quit returning calls or answering his phone we were forced to contact the CHP. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I made a contract with John Cook to transport a 06 Toyota Tundra truck from L.A. to the St. Louis area on 12-04-08. I sent him a $250 deposit via paypal (this was not requested when the contract was made). He picked up the truck on 12-09-08 and transferred it to another carrier (his employee). I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period John Cook's bid was accepted since January 2nd and he failed to pick up shipment and deliver (01-11) as promissed. He pleaded with me to help him with fuel by wiring him $200 in advance. I told him "our company is strickly COD, other than the U-ship required advance deposit." He begged so much that I decided to send him the money out of my own pocket, at the cost of $23.99 Western Union (MTCN:040-180-6970) fee, all of which he said I could deduct from the COD balance. I no longer need my item(s) shipped My wife and I were buying a house and needed to move. However, the day before the purchase of the home, the transaction fell through when the seller was unable to deliver the house to us vacant. As a result, we must cancel this move and request the return of our $60.00 deposit.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This was the worst experience I have ever had with any mover. I would never refer anyone to this company. After being packed and waiting, John Cook was to call me the night before the move ( December 12th) he never did. When I reached him the next day, he said he made a mistake with the date, and that the pick up should have been the 13th not the 12th and that he would call the eve of the 12. NO CALL from him was made on the 12th in the eve to let me know when he would arrive with his truck. He
