The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
As listed in my feedback, after several scheudle changes by the shipper, the shipper's driver arrived in a fully equipped ambulance, (not a moving van as he stated in his bid) too small to fit the items and with only the driver to load the items. The listing specifically states customer packs, shipper loads. His lone driver could not have moved this very heavy furniture from my loading dock to his ambulance by himself. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The shipper was unable to move when he had told me so we were not able to use them. They were very good with communication, just did not work out.

The service provided by boston was very professional and courteous. he contacted me intially indicating the time of pickup. the drivers very quick and the stuff was loaded carefully. boston is gonna store it and return the mattress to me in june. overall great experience as its first time i am using uship. thanks boston. looking forward to use your service in future.

Even though he hit horrific weather conditions while traveling across the states, John was very responsive in keeping me informed about pickup and delivery of getting Annie back to Manhattan. She arrived happy and full from sharing a roast beef sandwich with him. I recommend him and plan to keep him in mind for future shipping needs.
