The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Provider was a no-show for 5 separate appointments to pick up the car. No communication from the provider except in response to my calling him. It is 5 weeks since the bid was accepted and more than a week from the latest date given by provider to pick up the car. Was no-show on two appointments on last Saturday and no subsequent contact, no explanation, no schedule, no ethics.

Joe Returned My call finally 13 hours after the scheduled pickup with no remorse or apology, He just called to set up pickup for the next morning. For this fI layed into him about business ethics and respect. Maybe he got the point? If it were not for that I would do nothing but sing his praises. He does care for his shipment and he treats it as if it was his own. He might have a late start but he does stay with his truck and drive straight through to make his deliveries. First of all, I did apologies. When he was trying to reach me I was in an area with bad signal and was not getting all my calls. Also I knew that he was at a wedding that day and I didn't want to bother him and called him the next morning. No biggie, nice guy and look forward to working together again.
