The tractor was delivered in acceptable condition, but the delays on delivery were excessive, and communication was almost nil. After 30 or so phone calls he would return a call. We were approaching the fact that our tractor had been stolen and we needed to contact the authorities. The driver scheduled a delivery but it was actually delivered some 17 days later with only 2 phone calls in that time period. I would not recommend this driver for that reason alone.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Transporter was not clear on the freight he was moving, and after a week's worth of trying to ascertain what day he would actually pick up the shipment (rescheduled at least twice due to reported mechanical complications on his end),he canceled, citing lack of space on his trailer as the reason. If you are looking for someone who will communicate changes to pickup and delivery schedule proactively, ,you may consider another carrier. Lack of professional execution, and week of wasted effort.

Overall, great working with Joe. He delivered my car with no damage and a somewhat reasonable timeframe. Few days late with P/U and Delivery from what we scheduled due to Mech. problems. He did call. I would use him again.
