Communication was severely lacking and my motorcycle was delivered two days later than quoted but overall they shipped my motorcycle with care and their price can't be beat. I would use their services again but only understanding that I will receive no communication and the shipment may be late but all will be well. As they say, "No news is good news" .....I guess.

DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND IN GREAT CONDITION! HE EVEN BROUGHT EXTRA PARTS FOR MY BIKE I HAD LAYING AROUND AT MY OLD HOUSE! A+++ I will be using him again this week!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I specifically requested DOT compliant and insured carriers,only,to bid. On acceptance,I requested Dot/MC numbers and did not receive them. I do not hold this against joeships. It's my fault for not checking first. I did not know what else to list as a reason. Grant. Fircrest Trailers.
