Joe kept in contact with me through out the process & got here super fast actually. My dogs looked & acted happy when they got here & that's what worried me the most. I would consider using Joe again.

service was exactly as described. and i communicated with shipper multiple times from pick up to delivery. san diego ca, to south of ft worth, tx in 30 hrs.pets were very well taken care of. come on that's 5 stars all the way.

I know now why he has the feedback that he's got,If you are looking for someone to do the job then hit ACCEPT BID and your worries are over.When I did that within 30Min I had A call from Joe SUPER NICE GUY.Telling me the plan and he showed up a day early but he called ahead asking if that would be ok.2 Thumb's up. I sure hope to use him again.It's hard to take a stranger's word this day and time but he's a man of his word.........God Bless You !!!!!!!!!!!!

a 4 on care of goods?? the item was delivered in exactly the same condition it was received in. a brand new item in a cardboard box that was falling apart. i even put some shrink wrap around it to hold it together. customer was not at either end of shipment. i work hard for a 5 every time. thanks, joe
