For: small shipment to Houston

Had arranged to get picked up and delivered same day. Was agreed to pick up early am and delivery before lunch. Shipper agreed and didn't pick up here till after 2, and didn't delivery until the next work day. Shipper agreed to do this and knew it was time sensitive.
Response from skytransport:
As stated IN LISTING. Shipper wanted this shipment p/u and delivered next day. This was done. also stated in the listing, PAYMENT WOULD BE MADE AT PICK UP. Driver waited around for payment afetr picking up load. shipper changed their minds and decided to have receiver pay for shipment. driver delivered next day,and was told that the shiper was responsible for the payment not the receiving end. Shipper was contacted and we were told that the payment was already made. We never received payment. sh
