No Detailed Feedback Available Calm, cool, and POSITIVE guy. Very pleasantly waited for his bike while my van was hung up in a local Long Beach Dodge Dealership for over four weeks (in & out 4 times). The seller of the bike was more worried about the shipment than he was. I am glad to have this type of client when adversity strikes. It was a real nightmare with the van & the Dealer, but this client-Chris-stood right by me & allowed me the time to take care of the van that would bring his bike home. You may call on me anytime!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider was not able to do the job. Passed it on to another provider that was NOT a Uship provider and wanted an additional $300. No call back just kept sending me invoices asking to be paid. No communication. Copy of his last email. Still waiting for my refund from him for his invoice that I paid.He has now been suspended from USHIP. Due to the delays this has caused my customer who has bought the vehicle has made other arrangements. This is the 2nd Bad uship experience for me. Dear C

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Three times provider did not show when he was supposed to have for pick up. No communication. Other than a few texts that are VERY vague or make no sense. Then says his truck broke down 2 days after he was supposed to have picked up and turns out he never picked up truck when with the minimal communication I received I thought he was on his way and was expecting delivery. First it was Tuesday 8-21, then Thurs 8-23 and im waiting 8-26-27 for arrival only to find out another story or problem, The
