The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The mover arrived as promised to pick up the item. Unfortunately, he called me and informed me that due to the size and weight of the item, he was unable to accommodate shipment. It was much larger and heavier than anticipated and the loading dock was too high to provide easy movement onto the truck. Phil was very gracious and apologetic about the situation and I will call Phil again if the need ever arises. He was in regular contact with me from the time I purchased the item to the time he disc
