I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I received an email from this shipper stating everything was "Going as planned, and I should have my china cabinet by May 1st." It's now May 18th and after several attempts to reach him (Jason Strofe - jnjdomestic) - he cancelled the shipment without notifying me. Buyer beware!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This shipment was origionally scheduled to be picked up on April 1, 2007. After no calling/no showing and not returning calls, the shipper stated that it would be picked up on the the 4th. No call/no show. By this time, I was on my way (moving/relocating) from Indiana to Seattle, and my father and mother were waiting with the items to ship. After 4 calls/messages, Jessica (spouse) finally got a hold of Jason, who assured her that "We're locked in for Sunday". No call/no show on Sunday. Final

Jason contacted us after we accepted the bid & that was the end of communication. Multiple voicemails & e-mails weren't returned. We were very uncertain of the delivery date & the safety of our items. While Rob, the driver, did a great job, the movers caused considerable damage to our walls and door in an unsuccessful attempt to get a couch out-we had to get another mover. While Jason did offer a price adjustment, it was only when Rob called to arrange paypal that we were able to speak to him.

Awesome mover!! I received the type of service you would expect from a very expensive moving company! Jason communicated with me every step of the way; he answered and responded to ALL of my emails; and he picked up and arrived even BEFORE the expected times! I see some guys complained that their stuff arrived a little late, but be reasonable people, ANY MOVER can run into a slight glich during travel, etc.; but if you want professionalism, contact, a fair price, and timeliness; CALL JASON!!!
