The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The person I spoke to said he was the owner. Turns out he was an x-employee of JM Towing and JM towing is not a shipping company at all. John, the owner of JM towing stated he did not realize what was going on. He did find my things but now I have to find another company to ship them from his place.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked with J&M Towing on the 1st. I was told I would be contacted to schedule the pickup. They have **never** contacted since I called them on the 1st. I have tried several times to contact them, and now their phone is disconnected. I have wasted two weeks waiting on them and am very disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper is having issues with his drivers and manager, he missed he shipment pickup date by a week. Spoke with shipper and he agreed to refund all payments.

Item was damaged and shipment was late. They say they have insurance, but to date I have received no reply to my email requesting information as to how to file a claim. My latest email could not be delivered. I will have to call them to see what's going on.

Good: the shipper was able to also transport an additional bike that became available at the last minute for double the price. Bad: I got the impression the shipment would arrive within a week or at most, two. But it took 3 weeks from when the auction was "completed" (bikes delivered Oct 2). Apparently this was the latest date the shipping contract allowed.

I am NOT inflexible w/dates. “I can guarantee a pickup by the 11th.” 3x’s to resked. PU, made on the 9th day. Processed my credit card for deposit (50%) and then ran it again, WITHOUT authorization, for balance before pickup. Refund requests never granted. My items were abandoned in a Ryder truck for 9 days with a motorcycle in southern CA (96 temps). Delivery resked. 6x’s, arrive the 14th day at 12:45AM EST. Furniture crammed, took 30 min. to unload. Bill’s a liar! DO NOT USE!

We were faced with an unfortunate situation where our team drivers had abandoned the truck in California. We flew another driver to recover the truck and continue the deliveries. During which time we kept in contact with each and every customer on the progress. For the most part all were understanding. This customer listed as flexible which in fact her schedule got even tighter from the day of pickup.
