A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I would have loved to have Jon pick up car but a personal family problem came up and transport was not available. Jon did try to get car over here but was not able. Thanks for trying.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
We discussed the shipment being ready on Mon., and possibly the weekend before. I was put in touch with the guy working on the forklift, who informed me that the shipment would not be available until the late evening of Mon., in which it was not. I can't hold my truck down a whole days work for a blank load. I tried to put another truck on the load to accomodate the customer, but it was too late in the evening, and all trucks were dispatched for other jobs, as we are booked solid with local wor

They were very friendly and handled my furniture with care. They did leave a few of my items at their warehouse when they delivered my stuff, but they were very responsive when I called to ask when those items would arrive. It was a good experience working with them.
