I am an agent for Landstar Transportation and a RITCHIE BROTHERS PREFFERED SHIPPER . We have 9500 trucks in our system across the U S , Canada and Mexico . If you have freight that you need moved whether by road , rail , sea or air we can get it there . We can deliver your load door to door cross the continent or across the world . Landstar's goal is safety , both for the loads we carry and the people driving for us and those who come in contact with them . All Landstar loads are covered by $100,000.00 cargo insurance with additional insurance available for loads of higher value . Although we can carry any type of cargo , I move for the mostly heavy equipment . The reason I prefer heavy equipment is ,I spent several years in the construction industry running equipment . I worked in the pipeline industry , road construction , land clearing and underground areas . I feel that I have a grasp on equipment moving based on knowing how they operate .
