we are an actual moving company specialize in small moving up and down the west coast and east coast some of the cases of moving like if you have belongings consist of mostly boxes we will suggest using crates it i s much safer and no worries of missing articles and getting mixed up with other people's belongings.but if you have a lot of furniture we will move without crates.we are located in gardena california.we are fully insured and bonded. we have been in business since 1998.we specialize in small moving.your shipment will be covered with industry standard cargo insurance which cover your shipment $0.60 per pound.additional insurance can be provided with additional charge.we are not a broker or con artist we will take care of business.we will do our best to satisfy our customers.we would do our best to put a smile on you face when you deal with us.

The guys did a great job moving us. Communication could've been a bit better on delivery as we had to spend 3 nights sleeping on an inflatable mattress, but overall the guys did a great job.

Although my item was eventually delivered in good condition, it was supposed to have been here on 7/22 or 7/23. Total lack of communication from Jay until I called twice and e-mailed twice (it took that kind of effort to get any reponse), and contacted uShip to assist. There were mild apologies, and the explanation given was that one of Jay's drivers was out due to a family emergency, so he had to be out of the road. Still no excuse for zero communication.

My experience with this company could not have been more pleasant! Immediately after accepting the bid, I received a phone call to touch base and set everything up. I also received calls along the way to confirm our appointment, etc. They were right on time, absolutely professional, and wrapped everything up, including an expensive electric piano, quite well. The truck arrived in Philly as planned, on schedule, and again the guys were courteous and professional. Definitely recommend them!

They did a good job, and labeled everything for me. Kept in contact. One of my things was broken by one of the movers, but I was compensated for it. I would use them again and recommend them to friends. Thanks!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Edel Trans attempted to call the place of pick up. No contact with the party from whom the desk was to be picked up was made except a voice mail message with the time of pick up, which was past the business hours of this location. Edel Trans left a voice message that they would arrive for pick up past business hours, however no confirmation was achieved. Edel Trans arrived too late at this place of business to accommodate the pick up. Because of other commitments, Edel Trans was not able to wait

we try to pick up and call the contact number and left 2 messages but by the time our driver got there they were closed we were gonna wait til tomorrow but we have a pick up in TN customer has to cath a international flight so we can not miss the pick up or late .

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Edel Trans is apparently a small moving company, and the truck that was to arrive in Maine on Fri Jun 20th "broke down" in Atlanta, they "fixed it" then it "broke down again". They decided to "fix it" again and use the same truck, not rent another one or anything, so I canceled before any services were provided, with full permission of Edel Trans.I have decided to go with Pack and Ride instead. No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I was told when bid was accepted that shipping price included insurance. But at pick up Shipper wanted to add another 200 dollars for insurance to the 250 shipping. He left without the bed.

we told the shipper about cargo insurance it covers $0.60 per pound she wanted $1000.00 coverage for $250.00 shipment so we ask for $200.00 FOR INSURANCE.
