THIS WAS A VERY GOOD SHIPMENT THE CUSTOMER WAS WELL PREPAIRED, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH , WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP AN OPEN LINE WITH CUSTOMER TO KEEP THEM INFORMED AS TO HOW THE WEATHER WAS AND TO GIVE THEM A BETTER TIME OF DELIVERY,THANKS FOR SELECTING PROFESSIONAL MOVERS INC. TO HANDLE YOUR MOVING NEEDS

Weather and truck problems caused a delay in both pick-up and delivery. I would have liked Promovers to give me a better estimate as to the timing of my pick-up with the delay as I had a plane to catch. And at delivery, I would also like to have changed the schedule to the next day earlier as I had to make arrangements for a hotel at the last minute. Beyond that, it was an excellent service. But I understand that there was significant snow on pick-up and delivery that caused these delays. The

Minor damage on items, was compensated by Promovers. Would have like to been informed with more accurate estimates on the delay for pick-up and delivery, but with a snow storm it might have been best to delay by a day for delivery. But they kept in communication all the way in. I would recommend them and use them again
