Weather and truck problems caused a delay in both pick-up and delivery. I would have liked Promovers to give me a better estimate as to the timing of my pick-up with the delay as I had a plane to catch. And at delivery, I would also like to have changed the schedule to the next day earlier as I had to make arrangements for a hotel at the last minute. Beyond that, it was an excellent service. But I understand that there was significant snow on pick-up and delivery that caused these delays.
