Jim was a man of his word, kept in contact and updated us, delivered car when he said he would and great price. We use all types of carriers, but liked the fact that he has flatbed service since we buy and sell damaged cars. Jim tarped our car while it was in storage and then tarped it again upon delivery with his own tarp due to the windows being down. Hope to use Jim again in the future..NO BS and NO HASSLES.
