My name Is Jimmy Forsyth. I am 26 years old. I have been married for 8 years now and have no kids. I work in DFW area for 7 days on a drilling rig. On my 7 days off I use uship to fill in unused time. I do carry FULL coverage auto insurance so that anything I am hualing with my 2001 one ton dodge is fully covered incase of a accident. I have safely completed 2 ships which I know is not much to compared to other service providers, but this is the way I see that I can be more carefull with your shipment because I am in no hurry to get to the next load. Equipment wise it is nothing real fancy but it gets the job done and helps keep the cost down. I also have learned how to properly load and tie down loads while working on the the rig. That is about the largest thing anyone can move. Just let me do a load for you and I promise you will be satisfied

This guy tracked me down, told me he was bidding on Ebay on a Livestock trailer in Illinois. If he won the Auction he would let me know. A few days later he contacted me telling me he won his trailer and was heading to Illinois to pick it up. He wanted to make some extra money and wanted to haul my truck up to Illinois since he was heading that way. Said he was renting a U-haul trailer one way to accommodate my shipment. He canceled the day before pick-up of my shipment

He has my cell phone number but no decency to even call me and advise me he is not going to deliver shipment. His record on Uship speaks for itself. Looks as if he is capable of delivering excuses but not much else. Costly mistake on my part to trust someone with an already questionable cancellation record. I have learned my lesson the hard way. A man is only as good as his word.

Response from tgodette: Shipper never contacted me to inform me he was not able to pickup item. I was notified by the individual holding the item for me. Jimmy was provided my cell phone and never made any attempts to contact me at all. Very very unprofessional. If He cannot commit to doing business as a shipper then maybe he should get out of the business completely. I scheduled my relocated from NJ to TX based on his confirmation of delivery and now I am without a refrigerator since it has not been delivered.

Forklift has to be loaded from shipping dock. Therefore I am not able to service this. A 40 inch tall trailer is need to accomadate this an I do not have that.
