I think Jim was spectacular!!! He transported an 8 week older Boxer baby to her new home approx. 5-6 hours away. Jim handled her wonderfully and she arrived in excellent condition. A little sleepy from her long ride in great spirits to great her new family. Communication with Jim and his wife Laurie was prompt and very courteous. I hope to do business with them both in the future. A++++ for trustworthy!!! Thank You so much!!!

I had a dog that needed to be transported from Detroit to Chicago. Jim offered me a reasonable price and did a wonderful job! Jim and his wife Laurie regularly contacted me before the job so that I could develop trust in them. On the day of the job, Jim was ahead of the game. Came early in the morning and delivered the dog safely to the destination earlier than the promised time. Great guy to work with. I would recommend Jim to anybody. Thanks Jim!!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This service provider cancelled the night before the scheduled pick-up due to radiator problems. I then agreed with him to reschedule the pick-up for September. However, the next morning at 7am he called and asked what time he could pick up the cats. When he was told "you cancelled on us yesterday", he just hung up the phone. I no longer feel comfortable using this service provider.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper pulled out at the last minute. Said they could not do this big of a job, DESPITE the fact that the shipment was fully and completely described prior to shipper bidding. I only purchased this furniture b/c shipper said they could deliver it. Now, I am left holding the bag, having already spent thousands of dollars on furniture that I cannot get shipped. I would never rely on this shipper.
