I picked up the pup from Jim west of Detroit Mich. She was in good shape with no problems. I took the day off from work to do so and traveled about 400 mi. Somehow from the sart his "Times" were off and the breakdown made matters worse. Not sure if he overbooked. The day I met him he stated to me that he was first going to go to Ill prior to meeting me. That is going W. when I'm E. of Cleve, Oh. Jim was pleasant the whole time just wasn't a good experience. He made an adj to the $ Bal.

Jimmy did a great job and his price was reasonable. He is very good with dogs, and they love him. I would recommend him to anyone, and I would use him next time myself. Not only did he deliver our dog safely, he had to contend with a huge snowstorm closing the interstate. Communication was good too. Thanks Jimmy and Lori, we appreciate all you did.

Jim was great. This was our 1st time ever shipping.We received phone calls from Jim & his wife to discuss the trip & times. He arrived in VA on time Sunday night to pick up our little Pepe. He was very patient as it took my husband and I a little while to say are goodbyes & let him go. He arrived in Florida on Tuesday morning as schedualed and Pepe & his goody bag were delivered safely. I would recommend using Jim to anyone and we will use him again in the future if we ever need to ship anything
