Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward the customer informed my that the cats where unshipable at that time because of their age/difficult travel and wanted to wait on transportation. also tried several times to reach client with no success prior to arranging shipping.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This service provider cancelled the night before the scheduled pick-up due to radiator problems. I then agreed with him to reschedule the pick-up for September. However, the next morning at 7am he called and asked what time he could pick up the cats. When he was told "you cancelled on us yesterday", he just hung up the phone. I no longer feel comfortable using this service provider.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The Company Called me to set-up shipment. After set-up I could not reach them, the date we established came and went with no contact from them.I called emailed and now they don't answer emails or phone calls. I wish they would have just said they couldn't do it.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper pulled out at the last minute. Said they could not do this big of a job, DESPITE the fact that the shipment was fully and completely described prior to shipper bidding. I only purchased this furniture b/c shipper said they could deliver it. Now, I am left holding the bag, having already spent thousands of dollars on furniture that I cannot get shipped. I would never rely on this shipper.
