I called Jim the day I accepted his bid and he said he would call me back. I called him the next morning, he answered saying he had not checked his account and he would call me back. I called him that afternoon and he said he would call me back. I called him the next day and there was no answer. I e-mailed him with no response. Since the pickup date was approaching I reposted the shipment and accepted someone's offer that would return my calls. Four days after my first call he called me back. View Listing

Will not respond to e-mails requesting our deposit back. I understand things take time to arrange and everyones busy ,but you have to return calls/e-mail when holding someones money.Do not use this shipper!
