Therefore, we had to reschedule for another truck w/ another carrier. The carrier was having problems w/ their truck which the shipper is making our fault. We tried to resolve this with the shipper but they refused reasoning. Their shipment was already really cheap to move & was an LTL. By law we have 12 days to make delivery. The receiver is upset with the shipper so their mad at us Response from jimgoodallequipment: We shipped over 300 unit this year and are not used to this type of poor service from a broker. Mason Dixon,the drivers,dispatch and contact at MD were great but we had to contact them since the agent ignored our calls. Poor support to the customer, will never use again. Good Luck

They should not have placed a bid for the shipment. I have another provider that can handle the shipment at the agreed price Response from fcpowell: I did not have a truck in the area within my time limit.I felt it was best for him to put the load on someone else.

We had to refund full charge to our customer and they only offered to credit $100 of the total charge. Will never use again, We ship over 40 machines per month and this was our first & last time with this company.
