The xtreamtransport (Jim Carter Jr) team ROCKS!!. I got an unbeatable deal from these folks. Excellent communication (Both email and phone). The Bike has arrived in very good condition. Always got email responses within 10 mins (Unbeliable true) - even at night 10:00 PM. The driver (John) is very friendly and helpful. Always answered to my calls. Very pleasant experience. I would use this shipper again for sure. The best.A++

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time AFTER NOT RECEIVING ANY E-MAIL OR PHONE CALL UNTIL I ENITCHIATED A E-MAIL & PHONE NUMBER. THE MAN CALLED ME AND STARTED RANTING AND RAVING & I COULD NOT HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO ASK OR FIND OUT WHAT HE WAS UP TO TOWARDS THE CONTRACT, HE KEPT STIRING ME UP LIKED I WORKED FOR HIM UNTIL I JUST SNAPED! I accepted the bid from Jim Carter Jr and he called me 5 minutes later to confirm the bid. He picked up my bike in Az. that same day and told me it would be about 7 days to be here in Oh. His driver (Daniel) kept in contact with me the whole time. When he got to Akron, the transmission on his truck blew out and he immediately called to tell me about it. Fortunately for me, he was only 1/2 hour away from me and I went and picked up my bike. I would use this shipper again for sure. The best.A+

Was very communicative. they picked it up a little later than the assigned p/u date and they had to deal with crappy weather across arkansas and tennessee but they still managed to get it there on the date that we agreed on. bike was in great shape job and i would defenitely use them again
